• Hey Wolfpack!

  I am currently in my 10^th year of teaching, and my 5th as a part of this amazing program!

  The Adult Transition Program provides services to Alvord students between the ages of 18 and 22 who are eligible for special education services and have received their certificate of High School Completion.

   

  Mission Statement

  It is our goal that all students who enter our program leave with a background of community experience, marketable job skills, and an increased foundation of the life skills needed for a high quality, independent life.

   

   

  I am excited and eager to work with the adults in this program and provide them with the education, skills, and resources they need to become successful members of society and reach their highest individual potential. I am passionate about my work and want nothing more than success for each individual who enters my classroom.

  When I am not in the classroom I enjoy spending time with my three incredible daughters! We love going on adventures and making memories. You’ll find us out enjoying nature, hanging out at theme parks, looking for the best ice cream spot or cheering on our favorite sports teams. Go Bears, Cubs, Blackhawks and Bulls!!!
